How do I change my TIKKR band?

Are TIKKRs water proof?

TIKKR is only a year old and does not know how to swim yet.  However, It is water-resistant which means you don’t have to worry too much about rain or light splashes. But please steer clear of hot showers, waterfalls, and deep sea diving while wearing your TIKKR.

How long should it take for me to receive my TIKKR?

TIKKR is based out of and shipped from Austin, TX.  Wait time is usually 2-4 business days from when we receive the order.

What type of Batteries are in a TIKKR and can they be replaced?

TIKKRs come with a SR626SW silver oxide watch battery which lasts approximately 12-18 months.  These batteries can be replaced.  Purchase here.

I have an issue with my TIKKR.  Can I get a replacement?

Yes.  We offer a one year warranty on TIKKR products that covers defects or malfunctions.  Please fill out our Warranty Formif you are having issues with your TIKKR.

How big is a TIKKR?

At its smallest size possible, the circumference of the watch band is 5 inches.  At its largest size possible, the circumference of the watch band is 8 inches.  The watch will comfortably fit wrist sizes 5-7.5 inches in circumference.  The width of the watch face when inside a band is 1.75 inches.
